Her holistic approach\, rooted in evidence-based techniques\, is customized to each client’s needs\, aiming to foster resilience and grace in navigating adversity.   She learned how to stay sane (most of the time) and built her career on helping others do the same. \nDan Jaworski is a young man in his 50’s living with an Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Dan’s dedication to eradicating Alzheimer’s disease and advocating for patients and caregivers is truly admirable. His message has led him to be a national speaker and his appearances in front of Congress highlight his commitment to raising awareness and driving change in the fight against Alzheimer’s. His efforts serve as an inspiration to many\, and his advocacy work undoubtedly has a significant impact on the lives of those affected by this disease. \nThe Alzheimer’s Association Central and North Florida Chapter serves 43 counties with education and support\, as well as raising funds for critical research. \nIt provides education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community\, including those living with the disease\, caregivers\, health care professionals and families. It is also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment\, prevention and\, ultimately\, a cure. \nDenise Ward works for the CNFL Chapter for Alzheimer’s as the Development Manager TLD/Gala.
