DESCRIPTION:Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor Julie Rooth will introduce kettlebells & demonstrate how to use it as part of your routine\n\n\nHave you ever worked out with a kettlebell? Are you wondering what the heck one is and how to use it? We’re here to help! Kettlebells are a fun way to work muscles differently than dumbbells while giving you great physical results. In this introductory kettlebell class\, led by Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor Julie Rooth\, you’ll be using one kettlebell for a full-body workout. You can also expect some fun cardio mixed in as well. \nWhen you leave this class\, you’ll have more confidence to begin incorporating kettlebell workouts in your regular fitness routine\, and you may just discover your new favorite way to work out! \nThis program is presented by Julie Rooth and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center. \nAbout the Presenter:   \nJulie Rooth has been an ACE certified group fitness instructor since 2017 and is a member of the Crosby Wellness Center group fitness team. Chef Haw spent several years operating her own successful meal delivery service out of Longwood—Collette’s Clean Eats—and as a private chef to a celebrity family in Atlanta before launching Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.
