With a particularly brutal cold and flu season\, it’s more important than ever\, though\, to incorporate these nutritional powerhouses into your everyday diet. \nIn this fun and engaging course\, Laura Varich\, M.D.\, a certified lifestyle medicine physician\, will lead you on a discovery of interesting and impactful information that will help you choose and store your produce for maximal nutrition. \nDo you know why the nutritional value of our produce has changed so dramatically in recent years? And once you understand the answers to these questions\, it will be easy for you to choose (and eat!) the most healthful plant foods for life. \nSo\, if we are going to eat healthfully (and we are!)\, let’s get the most out of our efforts! Join Dr. Varich and learn how to relish fresh produce\, without breaking the bank or wasting your money. \nThis program is presented by Dr. Laura Varich and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation. \n  About the Presenter:    \nLaura Varich\, MD is the founder of Fresh Physician (FreshPhysician.com)\, a website that grew out of a desire to turn the tide on the chronic diseases such as weight gain\, heart disease\, cancer\, diabetes\, high blood pressure\, depression\, and many others that have become rampant in our society today.
