In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make your gut healthier through movement and stimulation of the intestines. Joy Henderson, Crosby Wellness Center instructor, will offer tools to connect with your gut through yoga and guided breathing exercises. This program is open to Crosby members and non-members.

About Joy Henderson
Joy is a personal trainer, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a registered yoga teacher who specializes in lifelong health and wellness practices, core stabilization, postural correction and mobility/balance improvement.
