Wellbeing Wednesday — What Makes a Good Life?

Please join us for a screening of “What makes a good life? Lessons from the longest study on happiness” by Robert Waldinger. Stay for a group discussion related to improving, enhancing and maintaining your social wellbeing. This discussion will be facilitated by Sara Wright, the Center’s Wellbeing Guide.

This program is presented by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

 

About Sara Wright

Sara Wright is the Wellbeing Guide at the Center for Health and Wellbeing and a personal trainer at the Crosby Wellness Center. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the following areas: social services, health education, community relations, management, personal training and fitness coaching. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling and two bachelor’s degrees. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals and achieve self-empowerment.
