About Sara Wright

Sara Wright is the Wellbeing Guide at the CHWB and a personal trainer at the Crosby Wellness Center. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the following areas: social services, health education, community relations, management, personal training and fitness coaching. She holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling and two bachelor’s degrees. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals and achieve self-empowerment.
