We’ve all been there. You’ve had a jam-packed, stress-filled day of work or other obligations. Maybe you’ve shuttled kids to and from sports practice, tackled a long list of errands, battled I-4 traffic with less patience that you’d like to admit. Now it’s dinner time and the local pizza joint on speed dial is looking better by the second, but a better option for you and your family is to prepare a hearty, healthy, delicious meal, as quickly and as stress-free as possible.
Join Chef Collette Haw of Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen for a demonstration of four quick, stress-free recipes perfect for weeknights. She’ll teach techniques for easy clean-up while sharing her expert advice on packing a flavor punch into a quick meal. Chef Haw will leave time at the end of the demonstration to take all your stress-free cooking questions.

About Your Program Presenter
Chef Collette Haw is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, New York) graduate. With an exceptional talent for taking a healthy ‘ho-hum’ to a flavor-rich ‘yum!’, Chef Haw approaches the Nourish menu with a unique hybrid of her comfort-food-gone-healthy and ‘food as medicine’ philosophies. Prior to assuming her leadership role at Nourish, Chef Haw spent several years operating her own successful meal delivery service out of Longwood, Collette’s Clean Eats, and as a private chef to a celebrity family in Atlanta.
