Feeling frazzled? Join us for a mood-boosting, stress-reducing session that offers science-based strategies to help you calm anxiety, gently move your body and lift your spirit. This fun, experiential session teaches simple tools and techniques you can incorporate for regular use as part of your wellbeing journey.
This class is taught by Jill Hamilton Buss, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with clients in a holistic way to create optimal wellbeing for mind and body. She offers traditional psychotherapy, life coaching and “Walk and Talk therapy.” She also previously served as the Executive Director of Healthy Central Florida, an initiative to make our communities the healthiest in the nation. She holds master’s degrees from Rollins College and UF in mental health counseling and communications, respectively.
Named One of Winter Park’s Most Influential People, Jill currently serves on the board of Devereux, an organization dedicated to child welfare and on Winter Park’s Transportation Advisory Board, where she works to make our community more bike and pedestrian friendly. This program is presented by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
