How to join the Zoom Program:
Upon registration for this program, you will receive two emails:
- One email from Eventbrite: you can either disregard this email or save it for your records. No action needed with this message.
- One email from the Center for Health & Wellbeing: this email will contain your link to join the Zoom meeting. Simply select the link and the Zoom Meeting will launch. Please allow yourself five – 10 minutes before program start to launch Zoom and confirm your technology is properly working.

About Your Program Presenters
Fred Bates is a graduate attorney and a labor relations and human resources executive with a background in training, consulting and general management. Currently, he serves as the Regional Coordinator for AARP Foundation Tax Aide program. As a volunteer and an executive in business, Bates works to create an environment for improved relationships and performance of people in organizations and the workplace. He has demonstrated success as a legal and human resources counsel to management to deal effectively with employees. Bates is a former member of Oklahoma, Texas, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations (currently inactive).
