It’s an incredible feeling to understand yourself and to be understood. But let’s face it — how successful and happy you are depends on your personality type can be related to your personality type; it can truly affect your way of living and interaction with the world. In this program, Dr. Stacey Malaret, director of the University of Central Florida Lead Scholars Program, will teach you about four personality types and how to uncovering key social information about yourself and others using the True Colors Leadership Personality Assessment. Inspired by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the True Colors Leadership Personality Assessment is a tool that will help you define your personality and understand how different personality types best interact with each other.

Understanding different personalities and the dynamic between them can be very powerful, especially when the success of your family, group of friends or organization depends on the effective communication within each other. In this presentation, you’ll learn about your individual leadership and personality type, how your type works best in a team and how to get along with people who have a different type than you. After this session, you can apply this knowledge with your family, friends and coworkers!

By participating in this program, you can expect to learn:

  • what your personality type is;
  • what your personality type looks like;
  • and how to interact with others who have different personality types.
