You might have heard of the many benefits of meditation, but maybe you’re not sure where to start. What is it you’re supposed to do? How do you know if you’re doing it right? Where do you begin and how do you learn to meditate?
While the surface of your mind can be choppy and agitated at times, you can learn to accept the mind being that way and, at the same time, experience an underlying inner peace. Join us for a brief introduction to mindful meditations along with a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath.
What is a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath? Part meditation, part listening exercise, sound baths are healing musical performances played with crystal singing bowls and chimes that helps reduce stress and anxiety. They’re helpful for anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation or gain the benefits of meditation, but has not yet learned how to access it on their own.

About Camille Sacco
Camille Sacco is a certified meditation instructor, mindfulness coach and author of two self-help books. Sacco is certified by the American Institute of Health Care Professionals and a graduate of the acclaimed Palouse Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. She is the author of “Firefly Culture: Illuminate Your Workplace by Tuning in to Mindfulness” and “Hippiebanker: Bringing Peace, Love and Spirituality to the Workplace.”
Sacco leads classes and workshops on mindful meditations and her coaching sessions are infused with down-to-earth guidance. She explains, “I want my clients to feel comfortable so I create a learning atmosphere that is warm, relaxing and inviting. My goal is to help people tap into the wisdom of their soul by cultivating daily practices that will inspire confidence in the pursuit of living their lives with a higher purpose.” Camille also has a 20-year career as a banker.
