Join us for How to Start a 10-Minute-A-Day Meditation Habit (Webinar) on Tuesday, January 5 at 7 PM.

When we become more present and aware, we begin to deliberately steer our energy, emotions and responses more effectively and efficiently. The key to making lasting changes in your life is to create solid habits.

With daily meditation, you can re-train your mind to be more present in your everyday life. However, creating a daily habit can often times be challenging. During this workshop presented by Mindfulness teacher Kristen Manieri, you’ll learn how to create an unshakable habit of daily meditation, how to overcome meditation challenges and the benefits of starting a 10-minute-a-day meditation habit.

This program is presented by Kristen Manieri and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation. 

How to join the Zoom Program:

About Your Program Presenter

Kristen Manieri is a certified mindfulness teacher with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association who has spent nearly two decades studying the human experience. In her work with clients, she specializes in stress reduction, energy management, mindset, resilience, meditation, habit formation, rest rituals and self-care.
