Did you know that a good diet of necessary nutrients can not only reduce the likelihood of heart disease, but energize you? By joining Edible Orlando’s Kendra Lott and Katie Farmand for this cooking demonstration, you’ll learn simple cooking techniques and tips for heart-healthy cooking. Lott and Farmand will show you how to make two simple and savory recipes using fresh ingredients; featured dishes include Tomato Salad with Walnut Pesto and One-Pot Braised Chicken with Cabbage. Purchase ingredients in advance and cook along at home or simply tune in and ask questions from these two seasoned cooks. Cooking with heart health in mind is as easy as it is delicious!

Special Instructions: A shopping list and recipes demonstrated in this program will be provided in advance to registrants who would like to follow along and cook in real time.
