August is Brain Health Month at the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Did you know that exercise supports the overall health of your entire body, including your brain? Cycling, in particular, has been shown to significantly boost the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin, as well as brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a protein that increases during aerobic exercise.

Between August 1 to August 31, attend 4 cycling classes at the Crosby Wellness Center as a Crosby member and win a FREE Brain Boost smoothie from Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen.
