Join the Dairy Council of Florida and Florida Dairy Farmers in the Center’s Nutrition Theatre to create delicious pink yogurt parfaits in celebration of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month. A licensed dietitian will also be on hand to answer questions about the many health benefits of dairy. Participants are welcome at Pink Parfait Day any time between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9.

Florida Dairy Farmers (FDF) is Florida’s milk promotion organization, representing the state’s dairy farmers who work every day to provide a steady supply of fresh milk. The farmer-funded organization works to enhance the industry’s image with a goal of increasing milk and dairy product sales statewide via consumer marketing and education. The Dairy Council of Florida is a division of FDF and serves Florida educators and health professionals.
