Chef Collette Haw is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate who operates Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen at the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Chef Haw enjoys using the Center’s Nutrition Theatre to host cooking classes where she shares her exceptional talent and insatiable taste for taking a healthy “ho-hum” to a flavor-rich “yum!
