So many businesses have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and our local farmers aren’t exempt from the virus’ economic aftershocks. During this program, presented by Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen Chef Collette Haw, we’ll come together to support our local farmers while learning three different recipes using locally-grown ingredients.
Collette will also discuss where to find local produce and share more about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Boxes and what to do with the many goodies you’ll find inside.
Blueberry Smoothie (Using Tom West Blueberries)
Vegan Summer Corn Chowder (Zellwood Sweet Corn)
Frog Song Organics CSA Box Menu Planning
This class is presented by Chef Collette Haw, Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
