Basic Balance Movements for Beginners using Tai Chi

These sessions will give you a sense of balance, focus and tranquility. Very simple, easy to follow therapeutic and empowering movements used by Emperors of China for generations. In this class, you will learn the eight basic movements of Tai Chi that help with balance. This program is for those that are very new to Tai Chi.

This program is presented by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About Dawn Marzlock

Dawn is a motivational certified Yoga instructor in the Winter Park area. For more than 15 years she has hosted many projects in the community, including in Orange County schools, community workout centers, and Orange TV network. Her approach is holistic for both body and mind. She is known for her creativity, energy and calming voice. She believes it is never too late to begin an exercise program and help everyone to be their best self, with a little humor and self love.

Please note: If you are unable to attend a program, cancelling your reservation gives us an accurate count of how many to expect; for sold-out programs, cancelling your reservation also allows someone on the waitlist to attend in your place.
