Do you really know what your estate document and account beneficiaries say? More than a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, has your situation changed? Now is a good time to review and shore up any holes in your estate planning foundation. Do you own a home and want to avoid probate? Do you have retirement accounts and need to know what the SECURE Act changes? Are you age 72 and forced to take Required Minimum Distributions (RMD)? Can you make the RMDs tax-free? Remember the cost of probate for your assets is expensive and time-consuming.
Check in with this panel of experts as they provide answers to these questions and more; bring your own questions and ask the experts in real-time. This panel is moderated by Helen Von Dolteren Fournier, J.D., CFP® professional with AEGIS Law Firm.
