Join us for 20 Easy Food Resolutions For Healthier Eating (Webinar) on Wednesday, January 13 at 11 AM.

We all do it — tell ourselves we’ll eat healthier in the new year. Start your resolution now by joining us for this informative session that will leave you with 20 easy food tips, ensuring your food resolutions are a success. Chef Collette Haw of Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen will address topics like how to be gluten-smart, how to use the “dirty dozen,” (a list of 12 produce items that are commonly known to test positive for pesticide residue), how to stay hydrated and eliminate needless snacking. You’ll also learn three new recipes that will help boost your confidence in choosing the right foods in 2021.

During this program, Chef Haw will make:

  • Breakfast muffins
  • A healthy smoothie
  • Pre-workout snacks

This program is presented by Chef Haw and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

How to join the Zoom Program:

About Your Program Presenter

Chef Collette Haw is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate. With an exceptional talent for taking a healthy ‘ho-hum’ to a flavor-rich ‘yum!’, Chef Haw approaches the Nourish menu with a unique hybrid of her comfort-food-gone-healthy and ‘food as medicine’ philosophies. Prior to assuming her leadership role at Nourish, Chef Haw spent several years operating her own successful meal delivery service out of Longwood—Collette’s Clean Eats—and as a private chef to a celebrity family in Atlanta.
